Atupri
Your health insurer
Client expectations towards health insurance have evolved. Clients are no longer passive, but rather well-informed and demanding. They seek partners who can answer their specific needs and provide a high-quality 24/7 service.
To address these evolving needs, Branders was tasked to develop a new brand image for the health insurance. This includes an advertising campaign based on a simple yet striking idea: we have already all we need to lead a healthy life. And whenever we need any support, Atupri is by our side.
Following an omnichannel approach, as the comprehensive linkage between brand, customer behavior and communication, Branders sharpened the brand positioning and developed a completely new brand appearance.
The rebranding presents Atupri in a new light, as a health insurer that enables clients to make autonomous decisions about their health needs. It fulfills its promise through flexible insurance solutions and preventive offering – all combined with high-quality services throughout all channels. To live the new brand positioning, a client portal has been launched. Furthermore, Atupri’s supplementary insurance that adapts automatically to the life phases of clients – a unique health solution in the whole of Switzerland – has been enriched with additional healthy offering.
To bring Atupri’s positioning to life, a new brand appearance has been developed. The simple and bold design system is the ideal canvas for characteristic black-and-white images portraying authentic individuals. Together they convey Atupri’s approachable and client-oriented spirit, while accents in blue and red add a dynamic note to the overall look and feel.
alleswasdubrauchst.ch (eveythingyouneed.ch) – this initiative encourages the entire nation to do more about its health.
Over a period of several months five people are taking on specific health challenges to be mastered in their everyday lives in an authentic manner that can be identified with by everyone. Added to this are interviews with health experts and reports covering the different health issues.
The half-yearly customer magazine will kick off with portraits of the five candidates. Following that, this summer, an appeal will be made on all online and offline channels to Switzerland’s citizens to follow these five individuals as they master their challenges and at the same time let themselves be inspired to do something for their own health as well.
